Registration conditions

Registrations may not be shared. 

Early bird registrations that remain unpaid after the close of early bird will be automatically increased to the standard registration rate. 

Fees may be paid by direct debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). Please note that registration fees paid by credit card will incur a surcharge levied by the credit card company.  Visa and MasterCard 2.6% and Amex 4%.

 

Cancellation and refund policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Emma Redfern (registration@conference.co.nz) in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note our policy below:  Before Monday 10 July 2017 you will incur a $150 cancellation fee.  From Tuesday 11 July 2017 there will be no refund, except at the discretion of SSA.

Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the Meeting.  Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the Meeting are non refundable. Prior to Monday 24 July 2017 refunds are subject to individual hotel policies.

 

Disclaimer

All best endeavours will be made to present the program as displayed on this website. The Meeting and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. SSA and the Meeting Organisers (Conference Innovators Ltd) are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SSA and the Meeting Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Meeting does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
